• What do you do for children who want to take the next step in their faith?

  "Go Deep" is an interactive, step-by-step class that will teach your child the daily basics about building a relationship with Christ. This class also teaches children about baptism in a creative way. We offer this class to children in grades K-5, along with their parents.

  Parents are required to attend "Go Deep" with their children, in order to reinforce the teaching at home. Because these basics are so important for kids to understand, "Go Deep" is a required class for children before they are baptized at Elevation Church.

  Middle school and high school students may contact the church with their interest by emailing info@elevationchurch.org or calling the office at (704) 893-0063. We meet with each student along with a parent to ensure a complete understanding of the decision they have made and explanation of next steps toward baptism.

• What are your procedures for keeping the children safe and accounted for?

  Safety and security are fundamental to our eKidz experience. At Elevation, we utilize computer technology to ensure that each child is checked in and accounted for at all times while participating in eKidz. Children can not be picked up by an adult without the security tag that is printed out at check in. Parents can be notified at any time on a screen in the worship service if they are needed in the children's area.

• Who will be working with my child? Or how can I become involved?

  eKidz volunteers are highly dedicated and see the opportunity to serve children and families as a privilege. All of our volunteers pass security screenings and an online training course. Please contact us if you would like to get involved as an eKidz volunteer.

• What else do I need to know about eKidz?

  - Arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the service so that you can enjoy the entire service.
  - Please label your child's belongings before you arrive (bags, bottles, pacifiers).
  - If an eKidz staff member or volunteer needs to contact you during the service, your child's name will appear on the center display screen in the worship service.
  - To ensure the health of children and volunteers, we ask that sick children not attend eKidz.
  - Please inform the volunteers if your children will be attending more than one service.
  - Safety and security is of utmost importance to us. You must have the security tag with you to pick up your children after the service.
