What is Happening Within Your eGroup? - Luke 15:10 says, "There is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

The vision behind Elevation Church is "so that people far from God will be raised to life in Christ." This is the vision behind everything that we do and everything that we are. So we celebrate when we hear the life change that is happening in our church.  We want to encourage all of our eGroups to keep us informed on what is happening on a weekly basis within their groups. Here's why:

• We're seeing life change. We never tire of hearing the life change that is happening on a weekly basis in our eGroups. Keep us informed by sending us:

- Salvation stories told in your eGroups. - Stories of broken addictions, or stories of accountability being developed. - Stories of fears and struggles that were overcome. - Stories of other victories through Christ.

• Everyday stories are being turned miraculous. EVERY story of life change is important to us. A common misconception is that the important salvations are the ones that turned a pot-head rebel into a Jesus-loving disciple. While those are incredible stories to share, it is important to never leave out the everyday stories that were turned miraculous through salvation.

- Luke 15:7 says that "There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety- nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." - Luke 15:10 tells us that "There is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over ONE sinner who repents." - God wants to hear the one story of life change that happened in your group. He went back for the one lost sheep because of its importance to Him. Allow us to rejoice and celebrate with your group by keeping us informed.

• Community is being found. The purpose of eGroups is to create community within the church. We want to hear stories of what's going on in your eGroup. A few examples of what you may want to share:

- Stories of the outreach you did in your city.
- A memory with your eGroup that has become important to you.
- Friendships that you have made with your fellow group members.

• Encourages leaders and staff. Hearing stories of the life change happening in our church and in our city always encourages our leaders and staff. It is a reminder of what we are here for and why we love doing what we do. It is also a reminder of what God is doing in and through Elevation. We love to celebrate and rejoice with you as you witness life change and as you find community within your eGroup.
