Associate Campus Pastor

The role of the Associate Campus Pastor (ACP) is to assist in the leadership of a location, ensure all worship experiences are executed with excellence, develop leaders & recruit volunteers. The ACP will develop and implement an infrastructure for the location including effective utilization of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, staffing and financial viability. The position oversees all guest services, pastoral care, marketing efforts, events and outreach opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high-level networking and relational strengths, ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure and experience in people management.

Audio Engineer

We need an audio engineer for post production and live captures. Responsibilities include capturing field audio for the video team and capturing audio from the weekend Worship Experience. Post production will include editing, sound design, and mixing for video content for the Worship Experience, Web, TV and Extension Worship Experience. Original music creation would be a plus. Extensive experience in DAW editing (Nuendo, Pro Tools, etc.) is required. All candidates will need to have working knowledge of recorders, microphones, and wireless systems. Editor

We are currently looking for an editor to work in our Creative Department. Responsibilities will include archiving and editing videos for the web. You will need to produce weekly projects in a variety of different formats and be highly skilled and have thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro. This person needs to be extremely organized, pro-active and use your time efficiently. You must be able to quickly turn around projects and be efficient in file structure.

eGroups Director

The role of eGroups Director is to assist in the leadership of the eGroups Ministry at both the campus and church level. The Director will be responsible for leading a campus in the areas of both eGroups and our Next Level area, ensuring their growth and health. The Director will also develop and execute processes for the following areas: connecting our adults and students into eGroups, new eGroup leaders being identified, approved and trained, as well as the management of all metric and database systems. The position will also manage systems for departmental budgeting, promotion of eGroups and its events, curriculum development and leadership/development resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high-level networking and relationship-building skills, an analytical and systems mindset, the ability to build successful teams and a passion for small groups.

Extension Producer/Videographer

We are looking for a producer/videographer for Elevation Extension. Elevation Extension is our way of expanding the vision of Elevation Church beyond the city of Charlotte. Elevation Extension is an opportunity for anyone, anywhere to join the vision of Elevation Church and start an Elevation Extension site in their community.

The position of producer/videographer will be responsible for producing the Elevation Extension Worship Experience and support pieces that these Extension sites use to host an Elevation Worship Experience. The production position will include programming transitions, song selection, sermon, creative elements, and video support.

Candidates must have the ability to take a project from beginning to end, i.e., concept to production to edit to final. Although this person will need to be highly skilled in editing and producing, 2-5 years experience behind the camera is also needed. You must be highly skilled and have thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro and a strong technical background needs to include, equipment, cameras, lighting, etc. and must be organized, a creative thinker and highly productive working in a fast paced environment.

Live Producer

Do you love the Elevation Worship Experience? Would you like to play a key role in making it happen every weekend? If you’re a highly organized, strong leader and love the technical world of live audio, video and lighting, this position may be for you. Must have 2-5 years of experience in live production and AVL. Outreach Videographer

We need a videographer for our Community Outreach department. This position will focus on capturing all Outreach activities and producing Outreach Vignettes for the Worship Experience. They will be highly involved in Love Week and The Orange Initiative, two of Elevation's largest Outreach initiatives of the year. You must be available to travel for different outreach activities both locally and globally.

You must be highly skilled and have thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro, 3-5 years experience behind the camera, strong technical background to include, equipment, cameras, lighting, etc. and be organized, a creative thinker and highly productive, working in a fast paced environment.

We need a videographer with the ability to take a project from beginning to end, i.e., concept to production to edit to final. This position will focus on producing videos for our main worship experience, although other projects will be assigned.
