To Celebrate our 4 year anniversary we wanted to love our city like never before. So, we set out to volunteer over 5,000 hours with our community outreach partners. We wanted to do it Elevation style so we decided to do it in one week. Oh forgot to mention… 5,000 hours was too little of a goal! Elevation, you stepped up big and volunteered 10,551 hours!

As a church we landscaped schools, gave blood, fed the homeless, provided car care for single moms, read to students, cleaned parks, re-floored a gymnasium, resurfaced sidewalks, wrote thank you notes to teachers, provided meals for homeless kids, collected canned food, refilled libraries full of books, created gift baskets for foster families, cleaned single mom’s apartments, picked up trash in parking lots, painted over graffiti walls, pressure washed homes, cooked dinners for families, sorted shoes for the shoeless, collected clothing, completed office makeovers for our partners and ran soccer clinics for at-risk children. Love week was a huge success!

Elevation, Thanks for stepping up big to serve the community we're called to. Now's not the time to back down. This was a jumpstart to what we're going to continue doing all year long!
