  John Bishop serves as the Campus Pastor for the Matthews Campus as well as the Ministries Pastor for all of Elevation Church. John and his wife, Heather, were one of the original eight families who started Elevation Church and have two children.

  Joel Delph serves as the Associate Campus Pastor for the Matthews Campus, overseeing its weekend operations and coordinating its volunteers. Joel is married to his wife Kelly.

  Kelly Draddy serves as the eKidz Director for the Matthews Campus. Before joining Elevation full-time, she served in many different capacities as an eKidz volunteer. Our children's ministry, eKidz, is available at all of our locations.

  Jamie Waldron serves as eGroups Director for Elevation Church, and works with student eGroup members and leaders for all six of our locations. Jamie also serves as Outreach Coordinator for Elevation.
