Theme: God is Generous
Memory Verse: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
This November, our elementary kids are learning that God is generous! During a season of gratitude and giving, kids will discover that because God is generous, we can live a lifestyle of generosity too.

Scripture: Acts 2:42-47 (The Early Church Shares Everything)
Focus: The early church shared food, homes, and resources so no one was in need. Their generosity showed God’s love to the world.
Bottom Line: I can share what I have to show God’s love.
Application: I can live generously by sharing what I have, like my things, time, and encouragement, so others can experience God’s love.
In this week’s lesson, kids will learn that sharing what we have helps people experience God’s love and helps the church grow.

Morning Time: Encourage your kid while they’re getting ready, “You can show God’s love by sharing today.”

Bedtime: Pray, “God, help us share generously to show Your love to others.”
