The God Of Answers
Holly Furtick
Sermon Highlights
Sometimes we feel like we’re “on hold” — waiting for an answer from God.
One of the hardest answers to receive from God — Not for you to know.
The mark of a Good Father is that He knows what’s best for His child at the time.
Yes, God has secrets, but He has revealed a lot of things to us.
Look for the “But!” — What has God revealed?
A place to be — where is the place you have been assigned?
A person to become — who is God calling you to become?
Partners to believe with — Who is God calling you to walk with?
Focus your attention on what He’s already revealed to you.
Scriptures
Acts 1:1-13 - Jesus gives His disciples really important instructions
Deuteronomy 29:29 - There are things we are not meant to know
Matthew 11:2-6 - John the Baptist asks Jesus a question
Psalms 34:4 - I sought the Lord, and He heard, and He answered

Prayer Prompt
Ask this question to your eGroup and include it as part of your closing prayer:
Where has God answered you with “Not for you to know?”
Pray that each member has the strength to trust in God, faith to lean on Him through uncertainty, and the wisdom to respond to what He’s already revealed.
