Community Gardening at the Food Bank of CENC

Join us at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina's Community Garden. Volunteers will provide assistance in gardening tasks including weeding, mulching, pruning, composting, and sprucing up. The Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC's mission is that no one goes hungry in Central and Eastern North Carolina by increasing food access, building solutions to end hunger, strengthening the community's ability to serve, raising awareness, and engaging the community. This event is for anyone ages 8 and up. Be sure to wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty and are weather-appropriate. Volunteers can park on-site.
