Relational Outreach
Come serve with us at the Union County Community Shelter by helping prepare and serve dinner. The Community Shelter feeds approximately 56,000 hot meals a year at their Soup Kitchen. They provide a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and supper to the community’s homeless and low-income residents, acting as a stop-gap for those without the ability to acquire food regularly. They have no criteria for eating at the Soup Kitchen, so anyone with a food hardship is welcome–no questions asked. There is parking on-site. Children age 10 and older are welcome to serve at this event. Please contact the host at the email provided for any questions.
